Can I add an additional user to my account after I sign up?
No. Membership allows for 2 cards, however, both cards must be assigned at sign-up.
Additional users can only be added at sign up or renewal.
Where do I sign up to become a Cost Right member?
You can sign up at the customer service desk at any Cost Right location.
What do I need to sign up to become a Cost Right member?
You will need a valid identification – driver’s license, NIB or Passport and membership payment.
Is there a special time to sign up?
You can sign up any time during store hours.
How long will it take for me to obtain the membership card?
The card is distributed immediately at sign up.
How do I know the membership price on items?
Items in store are marked Regular price or Members’ price.
Can I shop at Cost Right if I don’t have a card?
Yes, you can shop at Cost Right if you don’t have a card. However, you will get lower prices and more savings with a membership card.
Do you have a delivery service to the Family Islands?
We will deliver to the mail boat of your choice for free on all orders $200.00 and over.

How do I renew my membership card and what is the price for renewal?
You can renew your membership card at the Customer Service desk for $50.00+ VAT.
How long does my membership last?
The Cost Right membership is valid for twelve months.
Will I get a reminder to renew my card?
Yes, email reminders are sent out one month before the expiration date.
If a customer is unable to shop due to unforeseen circumstances can a letter be sent for the shopper to use?
No, the cardholder must be present.
