Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/2 cup vanilla fat-free yogurt
1 Red Delicious apple, cut into pieces
1 Tbs apple sauce
1/2 cup milk
1 Tbs granola
1 Tbs unsalted almond butter
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
2-4 ice cubes

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. Serve immediately.
