All of our products are produced in a dedicated gluten-free/allergen-free facility.  (Our facility is free of gluten, wheat, dairy, casein, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts and soy).  We rigorously test every batch and our products are also certified gluten free by the Gluten Free Certification Organization (GFCO). So, when we say our products are gluten -free, you can rest assured, they really are!   1-2-3 Gluten Free products are also certified Kosher Parve (by the Chicago Rabbinic Council).
