We hear the word "organic" thrown around a lot these days, but is organic pet food really better for our pets?  Consider the following:
Most commercial pet foods contain a high concentration of grains which are not good for our pet's digestive system. Our pet's intestine is not designed to digest grain proteins.

The "meat" listed as an ingredient may actually be meat by-products, discarded by slaughterhouses and deemed unfit for human consumption. How disgusting is that?!

Newman's Own Organic pet foods do not contain: artificial colors, flavoring agents, preservatives, hormones, antibiotics, pesticides, herbicides, or chemicals.
They do contain natural chicken and the following organically grown ingredients: soy meal, brown rice, barley, peas, oats, carrots and sorghum.
